Omega Performance Training was created to provide world class services in the areas of Functional Fitness, Sports Performance, Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Pilates, and Yoga. We use a variety of different methods to meet the needs of all of our clients, whether they are a professional athlete, a stay at home mom, a weekend warrior, or an active grandparent. We believe fitness is all about making you better – feel better, move better, and look better. If it’s not making you better, it’s not truly fitness. At Omega Performance Training, we guarantee that if you follow our expert guidelines, we will help you become better. We believe that every program should have 6 essential components:

Goal Setting and Screenings

If you don’t have a goal, you can never achieve it. Members begin with an in depth goal setting session and movement screen with one of our expert trainers, and from there they are given specific steps to achieve those goals through our functional approach to fitness. They are also given an individualized, 15 minute warm-up program based on the results of their movement screen, which is designed to help correct any fundamental physical imbalances or weaknesses found during the screen.
Nutrition Guidance

If you want to feel better and look better, then 80% of your results will depend on your nutritional habits. Food is the fuel your body uses to move, and the wrong fuel can sabotage all of your efforts. At Omega Performance Training we offer industry leading Nutrition Coaching through Precision Nutrition, as well as world class nutritional supplements from Advocare. Our members all receive basic nutritional guidelines with their new member packets to help them jumpstart their nutritional needs.
Mobility and Stability Training
“Mobility and stability lead to ABILITY.” – Eric Hughes
Mobility is a combination of flexibility and the body’s freedom of movement. Stability is the ability to maintain posture and control the body’s movement. Using the results from each members movement screen, we will provide them with an individualized program to help improve their mobility and stability, and create joint integrity to assist in injury prevention. We will also continue to promote mobility and stability through our functional approach to fitness in our classes and training, because we know that without the ability to perform those baseline functional movements tested in our screens, a person cannot achieve optimal movement ability.
Functional Strength Training

What good is strength if you don’t have the functional capacity to utilize it? Our approach to fitness at Omega is one that encourages training movement over muscles and function over aesthetics. All of our classes and programs have large components of functional training, to help your body do what it is designed to do, move.
Performance Specific Training

Whether your goals are sport specific, or just life specific, we all have to perform in one way or another. The closer you train to how you want to perform, the more prepared you will be when that situation arises. Our world class trainers will build customized programs to meet all of your performance needs.
