“When I first came to Eric, I had hit a rut in my workouts and wasn’t gaining or losing anything. Eric was able to understand what physical activities I enjoyed doing and was able to tailor a workout to make me better in my recreational activities outside of the gym.
Eric was also great at listening what types of exercises I enjoyed and what I did not like doing. As with most people, I did not enjoy getting on the treadmill and running endlessly to get my cardio workout. Eric was able to devise a workout where it seemed to me that I was just “lifting weights”, however, I was indeed getting a good cardio workout in as well. One of the best things that Eric has taught me is that everything starts from your core and moves out from there, which was something I had never focused on in my weightlifting efforts.
By strengthening my core, it has improved almost everything I do, from sitting long periods of time in my chair at the office, to snowboarding. As a result, I feel better, I have lost weight in the areas that I wanted to lose, and have performed better in my physical activities outside of the gym.”
