Private Personal Training is available for those who want customized programs and workouts designed specifically to meet their goals. Every client is assessed and screened using the Functional Movement Screen and short term and long term goals are set. Then one of our expert Performance Coaches will design a custom program to help you reach those goals, and guide you every step of the way! You will see improvements in movement, energy, strength, and many more areas! These are just some of the benefits of exercising with a Personal Trainer guiding you.
Personal Training can be purchased in packages of 4 or 8 at $75* per session and discounts are available for those who wish to invest in on-going Personal Training with their membership. See our Memberships page for more information on training long-term.
* - The only exception to Personal Training rates is Eric Hughes' rate. Eric's rate is $100.00 per hour, sold in minimum packages of 8 sessions.
Small Group Personal Training
Small Group Personal Training is designed for groups of 3-6 people who have similar goals and abilities. Programs can be designed for general weight loss and strength gain, or programs can be designed more specific such as helping a recreational tennis team work on their game, or golfers work on their drive. Small group personal training starts around $35 per session.
