Group Classes
Group class access is included with all of our memberships. Our group classes are designed to get you maximum results while having the most fun possible! Omega's group classes are different because all of our classes are taught by one of our Performance Coaches, all of who have at least 1 nationally recognized Personal Training Certification, unlike the majority of group class instructors you will find at other facilities, who do not have any certifications. This means you will learn proper and safe techniques, and you will be in good hands whether you are new to exercise and fitness, or you are a seasoned vet!
