Boot Camp
The Omega Boot Camp is designed for those who need daily accountability and motivation. Boot Camp meets every week, Monday through Thursday at 5:30AM sharp! Boot Camp class is filled with sprints, drills, and body weight exercises designed to make you a "lean, mean, fighting machine!" We will also have days that we use Omega's favorite exercise tools such as the TRX Suspension Trainer, kettlebells, sandbags, and heavy ropes.
We also have a special "Traveling Boot Camp" on Saturday mornings at 8am. Don't miss Eric in camo, leading you in traditional Boot Camp chants as you run down to the park and back, doing all of your "favorite" exercises such as lunges, planks, and squats along the way! This one is can't miss! And don't forget to bring a friend on the first Saturday of each month!
